Survey
We carry out detailed surveys using high quality photographic equipment, including 360° imagery and hand-held 3D scanning software.
Survey reports include marked up .pdf drawings using Bluebeam Revue™.
Feasibility
We produce detailed impact assessments and feasibility reports, showing multiple options that allow you to make an informed decision on the single option selection.
Design
We provide Concept and Detailed Designs (GRIP 4 & 5) that allow the construction contractor install in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Designs include the following, as required:
Design Report, including functionality.
General Arrangement drawings showing equipment locations and cable routes.
CCTV modelling using the latest JVSG™ software to produce cone drawings and simulated 3D benchmark views.
System Schematics and Termination drawings.
Equipment, Cable and Configuration schedules.
Bill of Materials.
Fixing drawings.
Cabinet Layout drawings.
Designer’s Risk Assessment.
All relevant calculations to input into 3rd Party discipline designs (e.g. Electrical loads, Heat calcs and CMS sizing calcs).
Assurance
As well as ensuring our own designs comply with the latest British, Network Rail and TfL standards, including BS5839, EN54 and BS EN50121-4, we also review other contractors’ designs, test plans and installations on behalf of the Client to ensure compliance.
